The use of deeper, ‘alligator’ char adds extra flavour to this smooth Bourbon. Pouring amber in colour you will notice aromas of sweet vanilla, peach cobbler and honey; on the palate it tastes of salted caramel, cinnamon, nutmeg and a lingering tobacco from start to finish.
